What we collect

We receive the information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, organization, and the details of your inquiry. Our website may also collect limited technical information needed to operate securely, such as browser, device, and usage data.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public website. This service provides aggregate statistics about page views, referring websites, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies for this measurement. We restrict pageview reporting to our known public pages and remove query strings and fragments from pageview URLs before sending them. We do not send custom events or email-thread content through website analytics. Visitors can download our public resources without submitting contact details.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to measure website visits. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and sends usage and device information to Google. We load its tag only after you allow it, remove query strings and fragments from pageview URLs and referring URLs, and disable advertising personalization and Google signals in our site configuration. We do not add custom interaction tracking. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can decline or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences in the footer; declining Google Analytics does not disable Vercel Web Analytics. Google processes and retains analytics data under its applicable terms and settings.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services, operate and improve this website, protect our systems, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.

AI-assisted email handling

We use a custom workflow powered by the OpenAI API to help identify urgent or priority emails, summarize email conversations, and prepare draft responses. This may involve processing email addresses and content within an email thread. Every response is reviewed and sent by a person. AI does not send communications autonomously.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only where it is necessary to deliver a requested service, operate our website, comply with law, or protect rights and security. Service providers acting for us must handle information only for the agreed purpose and with appropriate safeguards.

Retention and safeguards

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including reasonable business, legal, and record-keeping needs. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Inquiry emails remain in our email account. We do not maintain a separate database or storage system for our AI email workflow. Our email, hosting and AI service providers may retain information under their applicable terms and settings.

Your choices

You may ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal or operational obligations.
